"Who do you want to be? What do you value? What are you trying to do? What do you want to create? What would you like to change? What do you want to stand for? "... these are the questions i always asked myself.
You know what, I always wanted to be a better person, for better improvement.
Sad to say, i am quite lack of confidence sometimes. I'm just not good enough...Hmmmm....
Well, wave your hand if you’ve ever looked through fashion magazines, Facebook, Instagram, etc…and said “Arrggggghh…I wish I could look like her!” HAHAHA, i'm waving my both hand now...It’s just human nature to compare ourselves to others. Agree? BUT, The greatest thing about life is that if we don’t like something about our life, we can always change it. If you want it, go go go WORK FOR IT!! Hahahahaha... and So, i must turn my lack of confidence into self love. Every accomplishment begins with the decision to try.
Recently i got inspired by some fitness bloggers and i started to gym. Got a lot of motivations and I started to exercise and eat healthy everyday. I am so tired of telling people what I am doing or people seeing what I am doing and their response being, "But you're already skinny."... these kind of responses for quite some time in my life. Yayaya, i know........... but i wanna be FIT not skinny!!

I really hope that more people could see it this way....
Being skinny is not something that people should aim for, even if they are overweight and trying to shed some pounds. Being FIT and HEALTHY is what people should be aiming for.
Of course, I didn’t want to look like a stick, nor did I want to look buff. When I say that I want to work on my abs, I want to get rid of the fat that is there. When I say that I am not drinking alcohol or eating that much red meat and sweets, it is because I am making healthy living decisions and I am choosing to eat the right way to make my body healthy. When I say that I want to join the gym, it is not to lose weight, it is to get rid of fat and to gain some lean muscle and BE FIT. I rather be covered in sweat at the gym than to be covered in clothes at the beach.
It’s a great feeling, knowing that you have worked your ass of to do this.
Nobody has done it for you, it all comes from the inside. It’s YOU who did it.
And I always wanted to say that there are no short cuts cutting off fats and being healthily fit.
What you need to do is hit the gym, fight those reps and sets! And stop eating like a hippo!
Being healthily FIT and going gym is no longer just for guys!!
Yet, it's a TREND and a HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE!
I've started workout for 2weeks straight, thou I did faces some hard time, but I'll never give up!
Thou I'm not there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday. *workharderandfeelstronger*
It's not about being the best. It's about being better than you were yesterday.
I wanted to try to give all of you some motivations and supports, regardless either you're thinking of starting to eat healthy and workout, trying to eat right or feeling discourage to become better in shape.
Maybe you don't have much personal friends to lean on, I'll do my best to show you my results.
So far the progress was good, give me another 2more weeks and
I believe I can show y'all better results. *keepworkinghard*
