Healthy Meal #1

Helloooooooooo I'm back! 

Due to requests from some readers, I have decided to post up a healthy food idea for everyone to follow. Lot of people tell me that the exercises I prescribe are exellent, but it would be much better if I tied it up with a great eating plan as well. People want to know what they should eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner in order to see weight loss without having to starve themselves.

Weekly eating meal plans can be time consuming and difficult to create for beginners; therefore, I decided to share one of my healthy meal recipe. (LUNCH)

Want to know how to make this meal? 




Alright, here is "WHAT YOU NEED" 

  • Mushroom 
  • Lean Meat ( Beef )
  • Brown Rice
  • Onion 
  • Garlic 
  • Eggs 
  • Spring Onion 


First of all, prepare all the ingredient into different bowl. Make sure you wash it clean.

Chop the mushroom into smaller pieces

Then, dice the Onion & Garlic. Both is my favorite! I love to eat them RAW.. hehehe :P

Two eggs, Stir the eggs even

Then you are ready to COOOOOK 

Put olive oil into the "Wok" first, always remember to use olive oil every time you cook. Because Olive oil is much more healthier than the others. Any brand of extra virgin olive oil will do. 

Then, put in the garlic and onion FIRST. 

After that, you can start to pan fried your mushroom. 
Cook it with middle fire, don't over cook it or else the nutritions will spoilt.

Add in the MEAT & Brown Rice & Eggs at last. 
 No salt, No peppers needed. Still tastes good! 
If you want, you can add some sea salt. A small amount will do.

He love cooking so much, and he can cook really well. I'm so blessed to have someone that can eat healthy with me everyday. Hehehe. Will share more healthy food recipe in my blog from now onwards.

Of course, this is just one of the idea meal for lunch. Don't have to follow it 100%, you can always add your own favorite ingredients / something you like and make it more tasty. 

Losing weight using meal plans is not a magic trick or something all powerful. 
It is about dedication and preparation to reach your goals.

Everyone can do it !!! Just pick your favorite dishes and make your own healthy cooking alright! 
Pair up eating healthy with a good work out routine, and you will be able to see the fat just melt away. Try it out and see.
