If you ask me what i love the most, i would say RUNNING.
YES, I LOVE RUNNING SO MUCHHHHHHHHH!
Running offers me a way to challenge myself
At first, i hate it. I still remember the first day i stepped into gym. The first time i approach is the treadmill (as a beginner). That time my stamina is really really bad, cause i don't exercise at all. Bad lifestyle, bad health. Only 5 minutes of fast walking (speed 5-6) will definitely make me DIEEEE, I'm serious. But i tried to overcome it day by day, push myself a little further each day. I'm happy i won the battle of my mind and now i'm in love with RUNNING. Hahahaha.
Whenever I complete a run, no matter the distance, I take a deep breathe knowing that I just did something to improve myself! I overcome my laziness. Yay!
It also gives me a chance to clear my head and gives me some alone time ❤
Recently, i just took part in PUMA NIGHT RUN 10km. I never run 10km in my life before. I'm feeling excited, It's going to be the first Marathon in my life! Historicallllll moments. hahaha!
Thank You PUMA for providing us a 6 weeks training before the actual RUN.
